Cameile Henry
Cameile Henry, MA, is a Professor of Early Childhood Education (ECE) at the Sheridan Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning in Brampton, ON. As an ECE professor, she has facilitated numerous learning opportunities to enrich the lives of children from infancy to 12 years of age. She has been a foster parent to over 30 children and provided for their diverse needs with compassion and empathy. She is a registered facilitator for Circle of Security Parenting and Educator programs that support primary care providers with the tools to enhance building strong attachments with children. She is also an educational consultant for the CBC animation series ‘Jeremy and Jazzy’ shown on CBC Gem. Cameile Henry is also the CEO and co-founder behind Strengthen Hands Educational Resources Inc., a passionate endeavor dedicated to nurturing children's emotional and social development. She has co-authored over 12 children’s books, such as ‘Journey Back to You,’ ‘ABC of Affirmation,’ and ‘Celebration of Us: Colouring and Activity Book.’ Strengthen Hands hopes to empower young minds with the essential values of self-esteem, compassion, and resiliency through engaging and meaningful children's literature and resources.
