Kimberly Samuels was born in Mandeville Manchester, Jamaica, to a driven and hardworking family. Raised in Toronto, Ontario, Kimberly graduated with a business degree while being recognized with high honours for her hard work and dedication. Blessed with the opportunity to become a mother of a fifteen year old son and two and a half year old twins, Kim had a dream to make a lifelong difference in her children’s futures. Recognizing the lack of representation and culture in her daughters' books, Kimberly set out to highlight the beauty and importance of black influence and black roles in today's society. After continued dedication, the Too Prettii Girlss brand; including books, mugs, t-shirts and other branded products, was finally created.
